Central module IFD mTrade Desktop

The IFD mTrade Desktop module is a web-based application for centralized data support, control and mobile device management and it supports the following functions: Master data management for: clients, trade representatives, vehicles etc. This data can be managed fully in mTrade Desktop or imported from the ERP system through a appropriate interface Definition and task management for client visits Planning of client visits Presentation and estimation of reports of the representatives that visit the clients Tracking of all mobile devices and the activities performed through them Presentation of sales statistics Mobile devices and their users management

Mobile application IFD mTrade Mobile

IFD mTrade Mobile is an optimized for tablets app with the following functions: Client list with vast search options. Master data, contact data and other important client characteristics that are shown in the list and detail form. Visit planning is a module for midterm and operational planning of client visits with requirements reporting like visit density, ABC classification of the clients, regional distribution of the clients etc. The assigned commercial tasks for groups of clients or other criteria are considered when planning visits. Visit reporting is a module for showing planned visits, tasks and reports and comments about the work done. Tasks is a module for management of centrally assigned or personally scheduled tasks of the representatives. Data transfer is a module for synchronizing the data with the central system

 

Thanks to the local database, the representatives can work offline on the tablet and, if necessary, send to the central system the collected and confirmed data, as well as download basic data from it.
