A new ERP system was deployed at SPAR Handels GmbH
In May, a new Microsoft Dynamics NAV-based system for managing sales was put into production at SPAR Handels GmbH.
The specialized commerce application of SPAR Handels GmbH is based on the proven Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV commerce functions which are enhanced with a number of specialized functions and solutions for automation. Especially important is the entirely automated process for receiving orders, invoicing and dispatching documents - this automation makes the processing of thousands of documents daily by handful of people possible.
The Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV functionality is completed with Microsoft BizTalk Server and Sharepoint Server and also with iFD Engineering products – mTrade and MIS.
Just some of the features of our solution:
- Automatic processing of orders through integration of our application for mobile trade mTrade with OCR-recognition of fax orders
- Complete automation of all interfaces to the external systems and applications through NAV Application Server and integration with Microsoft BizTalk™ Server.
- Microsoft Sharepoint™-based client portal which is integrated with the commerce application Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV through NAV Employee Portal.
- Automatic dispatching of all documents (invoices, order lists, etc.) through media that can be set per client (print press, e-mail, fax).
- Call center integrated functionality in Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV with interface to the telephone exchange and integrated fax OCR-recognition software.
- Integrated Data Warehouse application for analytical reports based on our product iFD MIS. The reports generation module supports dynamic tables (Pivot Table) and graphical visualization of the results.
The latest product – mTrade
 mTrade is a general-purpose mobile trade application that supports the following activities:
- Customers consulting and taking in orders on the spot
- Direct sales and invoicing on client’s site
- Transferring clients’ orders and direct sales to the central point in real time
mTrade can be installed on most PDA devices with Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher.
